Description

The Black & White apartment is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200). The kitchen has a stove including oven, range hood, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, pans, cooking pots and dishes. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, towel heater and hair dryer. My guesthouse is located at Pfaffenhofen/Ilm in the heart of Holledau. In our countryside, 40 kilometers north of Munich, there are very many hills, with magnificent valleys and wide views over the countryside. The space and also a part of the Way of St. James leads through the district of Pfaffenhofen. It passes idyllic villages, past churches and chapels as well as hop gardens. Close by is Herrnrast, framed by forests, fields and hiking trails. There are also smaller lakes, such as the Kranzberg pond near Allershausen. In Pfaffenhofen there is also an outdoor swimming pool, an ice stadium and a climbing hall PAFRock. In my place of residence Ilmmünster, there is the Wörmann bakery within walking distance, which is open from 5:45 a.m. and the Summerer butcher shop, which still slaughters itself. In addition, there is a Croatian economy of the Fischerwirt, a savings bank and a net market on the outskirts. The nearest train station is in Reichertshausen/Ilm, about 2 km away or in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm, about 5 km away. Trains run here every hour from/to Nuremberg or Ingolstadt and Munich. Both cities are about 40 km from Ilmmünster, Ingolstadt in the north can be reached via the b13 or the a9, our state capital Munich in the south. Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm is worth living in! In 2011, the city with around 24,000 inhabitants won the LivCom Awards and, according to the annual award, can call itself the most livable small town in the world. There is a weekly market on Tuesdays and Saturdays in the morning in the main square, which was redesigned for the 2017 State Horticultural Show and is framed by beautiful shops and cafes. Strolling, drinking latte macchiato, eating out is possible here. There is also a cinema, the CineradoPlex and a bowling alley on the outskirts for bad weather days. The city of Pfaffenhofen and the surrounding area also have plenty of cultural opportunities to offer. From the hop museum in Wolnzach to the Scheyern monastery with monastery and beer garden or the art in the estate - event twice a year to the Christkindlmarkt. Other things to note Optional services for a separate calculation (bookable directly with the landlord): - Bicycle rental: €10.00 per stay - Pet: €45.00 per stay
