Situated in the prestigious area of St Leonards just a few minutes walk from the city centre with all its amenities this outstanding period merchants house has been completely renovated to modern building standards. There is a dedicated entrance to a guest suite on the top floor with shared guest areas including a high specification dining and kitchen area with stunning city views. The space A large double room with King size bed and additional comfortable double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, seating. There are stunning views of the city. The room can be locked if guests wish. (the en-suite bathroom has a spacious shower but a confined toilet and washbasin area with a saloon-style frosted glass door) Guest access Guests have free access to a dining area, kitchen with laundry facilities and a seating area on the first-floor landing of the side stairwell. During your stay Guests come and go independently from the main house and often we don't meet guests who are only staying for only a short time. We are available if needed and we do check on the flat from time to time. Other things to note The house has recently been renovated from new roof down. However the garden and front of the house are still waiting attention so guests should not be concerned with the unmade parking when they first arrive. If you have booked for 2 people and wish to use the sofa bed there is an additional one off charge of £8 per stay for an extra set of bedding. This covers cleaning costs. Parking for is available by prior arrangement at the house for all guests for an additional charge. Street parking is available free of charge between 6pm and 8am weekdays and 5pm and 11am weekends and bank holidays. Please message us in advance of your arrival if you require parking. We make a charge of £8 for 24hrs. This is considerably less than commercial city-centre prices. We do not have the facilities to iron bedding.
