Stylish & spacious converted open plan barn loft with 2 double bunk beds, suitable for 2 guests or a family of 4. Fully equipped kitchen, wood burner, private balconies with views over Lippering Orchard & surrounded by acres of woods and fields with glorious walks on your doorstep including Chichester Harbour and the South Downs.. The perfect place for both short or long term breaks. Lippering Farm is 3 miles southwest of Chichester and 3 miles east of West Whittering beach. The space The Loft has its own private entrance (please note there are steps up to the Loft which may not be suitable for all guests). There are two comfortable double purpose built bunk beds, and a double sofa bed if required. The bathroom has bath with overhead shower. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven etc. The generous and comfortable sitting area has a wood burner and TV, and doors opening on to a large balcony with outside dining area. A second smaller south facing balcony overlooks the orchards. There is parking for two cars. Please note, Lippering is a working farm.
