Gite Sainte Epine

Nestled in the heart of the Saint Joseph vineyards, the Sainte Epine cottage offers a privileged view of the Hermitage hill, the city of Tournon and the Vercors. Close to all amenities (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy 5 min walk, Viarhona). No smoking allowed. The space Our house is an old farmhouse in the village that we have just renovated. The F2 is located at the bottom, consisting of a living room/kitchen with exposed chestnut beams, and a bedroom with a bathroom, the toilets are separate. Guest access Small courtyard, with bicycle shelters available. Other things to note Parking is available 100 m from the entrance. The entrance to the cottage is preceded by the stairs visible in the photo. No smoking allowed in the accommodation. Check-out is 11 a.m. the next morning at the latest. The gîte is in a quiet location and close to nature, we ask that you respect this and not set the sound of the devices you may use beyond reasonable levels.
