The space A 23.78 sqm, 1-BR, fully furnished Condo Unit with balcony overlooking the city of Tagaytay with a homey style located at Tower A at the Cool Suites at Wind Residences It has: ✔ 1 Wooden Double deck bed with pull out bed (3 single sized mattresses with clean and pressed linen sheets) ✔ 1 sofa bed (can accommodate at least 2-3 person(s)) ✔ Double Door Mini Refrigerator ✔ 32" LED-TV with Antenna ✔ Induction Stove ✔ Microwave oven ✔ Rice Cooker (7 cups) ✔ Split type airconditioning unit (1 hp) ✔Complete Dining utensils good for 4-5 pax ✔ Shower heater ✔ Complimentary Towel per each guest will be provided ✔ Essentials like soap, dishwashing soaps and hand soaps are also provided. *** There will be a Php 100.00 charge for additional Towels *** We have put up a HONESTY STORE (mini convenience/sari-sari store) at our unit at the guests convenience. Products and prices are available at the unit, payments will be placed in a jar at the guests' convenience. We offer room arrangements for special occasions. Guest can access it for 200 pesos (3GB data consumables), just pay to my mom upon check-in. Failure to notify or arrive at the agreed time shall be subjected to 300 pesos per preceding/succeeding hour). Strictly NO SMOKING inside the premises. 2. Pets are not allowed 3. Only registered guest whose names are on the list are allowed to enter the unit. 4. Switch off lights and unplug appliances when not in use or when leaving the unit. 5. Refrain from eating and drinking in the bed to avoid spillage and stains. 6. Dispose your garbage properly. PLEASE do not flush tissue/napkin into the toilet bowl. 7. Be considerate to other units, keep things on the quieter side after 10pm. Loud gathering is not allowed. 8. Moving furniture from their assigned space is strictly prohibited. Should there be damages, or appliances not working, please let the host know immediately. 9. Lost or damaged keys and/or appliances and furniture will be charged. 10. Kindly notify the host for any VIOLATIONS and/or RULE BREAKING done by the guest. Any fees and charges will be charged to the guest. To avoid inconvenience, please be transparent to the host. 11. Checking-in and checking-out of the unit must be done in the presence of the host. Self check-in and self check-out is strictly not allowed. Failure to do so, shall be charged as the host/s see fit. 12. This is your home away from home, please treat and maintain the place as if it is your own
