The space This beautiful apartment has windows to the outside, which makes the space very bright. It has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a full integrated bathroom, queen size bed, wardrobe, exterior windows and portable air conditioning. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and floor fan. In the third bedroom you will find 2 single beds and a floor fan. The living room with two sofa beds of 150 cm each, 65" Smart TV, 600 MB WIFI. And portable air conditioning. The kitchen is very spacious and bright, fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils (pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, glasses) for up to 12 people and a beautiful separate dining room. We have private parking. Guest access We have private parking, leave your car and enjoy the city, everything is very close. You can find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, parks and restaurants just a few steps away. Other things to note * Please treat my house as if it were your home. * From 10:00 pm to 10:00 am, no noise can be made. We accept pets. There is an extra charge of €10 (euros) per pet per night. You will be charged at check-in in cash for the number of nights in the reservation. * Upon arrival to facilitate check-in, we need your ID or Passport and you are asked to bring €50 (euros) in cash deposit. This will be refunded in full upon your timely departure (by 12 pm at the latest or earlier). * The apartment has a noise monitor. It will be active during your stay.
