The house is secluded and quiet, however it remains close to all amenities with a supermarket 2 km away and the city center of Bagnols sur Cèze 4 km away. Nearest river swimming spot within 10 minutes. More specifically, this house consists of: OUTSIDE: From the living room, a window door gives access to a terrace shaded by a virgin vine where there is a barbecue and a table for 8 people. The garden has an area of 2500 m2 with lawn and various Mediterranean plants. An above ground swimming pool facing vineyards and hills not overlooked (5.5m in diameter/1.15 m deep ) fully secured by a removable ladder. A cozy relaxation area after swimming with deckchairs, garden furniture to enjoy the Gard sun. A space is dedicated to the back of the house to park cars. On the ground floor: A large veranda of 60 m2 with a large round table that can accommodate 12 people, another 6 person table, a wood pizza oven, a seating area as well as a large stone sink. Ideal for spending your summer evenings or enjoying sunny winter afternoons. We provide wood for a pizza session. A large living room open to an American kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, ordinary or Italian Nespresso coffee maker, kettle The necessary cooking equipment is complete. This kitchen opens to a spacious seating area with a corner sofa and flat screen TV. The dining room consists of a large table for 10 people surrounded by a solid wood library filled with works of all kinds. A laundry room is adjacent to this space where a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board are at your disposal. Extra shower. Restroom. Upstairs: a spacious lobby serves 4 bright bedrooms all equipped with dressing rooms. Two of them have access to a balcony. A first spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and towel rail. A second bathroom with shower and towel dryer is attached to one of the bedrooms. Separate toilet. Pets not allowed.
