Welcome to our eco-friendly 3-star solid wood chalet! Immerse yourself in a natural atmosphere. Enjoy the large terrace and the large enclosed garden, ideal for your pets! Inside, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a queen-size bed ensure your comfort. Explore the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire, the Château de Guédelon, outdoor activities (hiking, kayaking on the Loire, rail bike) ... Come and enjoy a unique and rejuvenating experience in Burgundy! The space The chalet, located in a small, typically Burgundian hamlet, was built with the primary mission of being as environmentally friendly as possible. Most of the materials used are local, including the wood from Donzy for the terrace and dining table. The chalet is equipped with solar panels, a solar water heater, and a Godin wood-burning stove (wood provided). A composter is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, combination oven/microwave, 4-burner stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The chalet also has a washing machine. The house is also perfectly suited for teleworking. You will have access to Wi-Fi, a desk, and a swivel office chair. We will provide bed and bathroom linens. Upstairs, you will have a comfortable 160x200 cm bed with a mattress topper (bed made upon arrival). The mezzanine is equipped with a sofa bed. We take care of the end-of-stay cleaning so you can fully enjoy your vacation! For greater flexibility during your arrival and departure, a secure key box is provided. The chalet's real plus is its fully enclosed, tree-lined garden - for your exclusive use - with a lockable gate. You can park your vehicle there if you wish. Guest access Access to the entire house.
