The equipment is complete, pyrolysis oven, American refrigerator (ice dispenser), dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a wine cellar. 2 large showers in 120 x 90. Separate toilet. Outdoor solar shower (very pleasant after the beach or the steps). Heated pool with massage jets. Solarium with deckchair. Dining room under the varangue and bar in the open kitchen. Outdoor living room facing the pool. Indoor living room in white leather TV and internet with fiber optics, Netflix. Books. Adjustable lighting according to colors and brightness in all rooms and of course outside. Air conditioning in all rooms (even in the living room). Private parking with electric gate. Everything is done to relax. WARNING: if you come with young children, although the pool is equipped with an alarm, increased monitoring is required because the pool is directly in the extension of the terrace. Guest access The house is yours, you will spend pleasant moments there. Other things to note The house is semi-detached, I live in the 2nd part. The gate is common to both homes. During your stay, the maintenance of plants and garbage cans will be managed, you just have to enjoy yourself.
