Two-family house, built in 1950, quiet residential area, owners live on the first floor. Accommodation for 1 - max. 4 people. The train station, small shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. 2 minutes' drive to the A1 Bern - Zurich freeway feeder, connection 50. Access to the house is video monitored. The space Cozy home with 2 bedrooms: one room with bed 180 * 200 cm and baby travel bed 120 x 60 cm; one room with bed 140 * 200 cm; living room with 2-seater sofa, stool and two folding chairs, digital TV, reading material and board games; one bathroom with bathtub and a well-equipped kitchen with extendable dining table for max. 6 people. Children's high chair, bathtub seat for toddlers available on request; large garden with barbecue for shared use; washing machine, drying room and tumble dryer in the basement can be used free of charge on request. Guest access There are two visitor parking spaces for our guests on the premises. There is a main entrance to the house/staircase. In the staircase, there are the entrances to the two individually lockable apartments on the first floor (house owner) and on the 2nd floor (guests). Other things to note There's no air conditioning, but there are mobile fans. In the middle of summer it can get a little warm under the roof. Pets are allowed, but dogs are not allowed in the garden without a leash. The property is not completely fenced and there are dogs and cats in the immediate neighborhood. I allow myself to charge a one-time fee per pet. Removing animal hair/traces can be quite time-consuming. The following guests should also be able to take over the apartment in a sparkling clean condition.
