Separate, private cosy place. Free street parking. Beautiful, quiet accommodation surrounded by garden. 10 minutes drive from the city center, ferry. 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, frequent bus service. 45 minutes walk to town. The space Our Colonial Karori Bed Breakfast is in an over 107 years old house. These days it is a large Colonial Villa housing our family and many memories of life.You have your own cosy and comfortable light filled place ,have a good sized, flat garden. Guest access We have a flat section with easy access.Guests can access the Studio via our garden . Guests have easy access to the city busing (15 minute), or driving (10 minutes). If you are arriving late at night or we are not home that moment, please follow the path on the right hand side of the house until you see the laundry you need to walk through the laundry until you see the deck in the garden with the sliding door. That is the door to your room. During your stay We look after our guests and help them find their feet in Wellington. Our space is set up in order that guests may be independent but we are also more than happy to help you out with anything we can whilst you are here. Our aim is to be available if you need us but without intruding on your space. Other things to note Zealandia the Eco Sanctuary is 25 mins by foot from here. Makara Peak cycle thrill way 10 minutes by car. No kitchen use, but you can use the fridge, coffee/tea making facilities in the studio. Several eateries in walking distance. Please let me know if you need extra plates, glasses or cutlery and we are happy to wash them for you after using them. The shower is shared with possible guest but you have your own bathrooms
