Our flat is bright and airy, occupying the top floor of a large Victorian house. In the heart of Barnsbury Conservation area, it has been recently renovated to a very high standard by an award winning local architect. Beautifully restored sash windows on three sides provide views across the local neighbourhood and a hidden nature reserve. Relax in a tranquil and leafy neighbourhood only 8 mins walk from tube stations on 3 different lines - super convenient for The City, Old St and West End! The space The space is divided into an open-plan kitchen and sitting area great for entertaining, and two double bedrooms with a bathroom on a mezzanine level. The kitchen is fully kitted out for cooking and baking to your heart's content, with seating by the large bay window to enjoy a lazy brunch or cosy dinner in company. If you want to relax, you can always enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV and surround sound system. We have a selection of DVD’s, Apple TV and a vast array of TV channels for you to choose from! The two bedrooms have King size and Double beds respectively and are fitted with blackout blinds - just what’s needed when you’re jet-lagged! The bedrooms and hallway closet have plenty of storage space even for the most well equipped of travellers. The bathroom is brand new and has a comfortable shower bath so you can have the best of both worlds! The bathroom is always fully stocked with white fluffy towels and all essential toiletries. There is a washer and dryer for any laundry you’d like to do while staying, a drying cupboard for delicate items and an iron and ironing board, should you want to look particularly sharp! Upon request we can provide a travel cot and high chair. Having raised two children in the flat it is generally child friendly, although there are stairs inside.
