The Huchier Lodge

The lodge of the huchier designed with the necessary comfort for 2/4 people is located in a small village of Burgundy of less than 500 souls, in the heart of a green country between forest and river, its particularity: to have a direct view of the Renaissance castle of Nuits The space The 60 m2 accommodation consists of a living room with 2 beds, TV, DVD player, USB, stereo system, fireplace with closed fireplace. Kitchen, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker. Upstairs: bathroom. Separate bathrooms. Dressing room, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Bedroom with air conditioning, double bed (2 twin beds that can be pushed together, 90 cm). Former workshop. Transformed into a living room or winter garden depending on the season, it is equipped with garden furniture with a heated umbrella, a barbecue and a ping pong table. Given the electrical equipment (air conditioning, heated parasol) available to you and in order not to penalize you with overvalued rental prices, our rate includes a flat rate of electricity consumption of 8 kW/day, which from experience is sufficient for a stay of 2 people during the off-heating period. (Additional kW are €0.23) We accept a maximum of 1 pet. Guest access From the living room, you have access to the old workshop, which is a very pleasant room where our vacationers spend most of their time, but you should also know that the open fireplace only allows the temperature to be raised by about 4 to 5° and that below 15° outside the conditions of comfort may no longer be met, which does not prevent some from telling us "with the heated parasol and a good sweater, lunch and dinner is very pleasant". You also have the option of having the garden with its arbor and a closed garage. Other things to note Optional additional services: Firewood: A box of wood is provided in the rental price and represents 1/8 of a cubic meter of wood, which is sufficient for the fireplace in the living room during your stay. For heating the large room, it all depends on the time it is occupied. To spend a day there, it takes 1 box/day, the supplement is €5.50 per box.
