The Huchier Lodge

The lodge of the huchier designed with the necessary comfort for 2/4 people is located in a small village of Burgundy of less than 500 souls,in the heart of a green country between forest and river,its particularity:to have a direct view on the renaissance castle of Nuits The space The accommodation of 60 m2 is composed of a living room with 2 beds, television, DVD player,USB, hi-fi chain, fireplace with closed fireplace. Kitchen, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker. Upstairs: Bathroom. Independent toilet. Dressing room with hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Bedroom with air conditioner, large bed (2 twin beds of 90) . Old workshop. Transformed into a living room or winter garden depending on the season, it is equipped with a garden furniture with a heated umbrella, a barbecue and a ping pong table. Given the electrical equipment (air conditioning, heated umbrella) available to you and not to penalize you with overvalued rental prices, our rate includes an electricity consumption package of 8kW/day, which by experience is sufficient for a stay of 2 people in non-heating period. (Additional kW is €0.23) Guest access From the living room, you have access to the old workshop is a very pleasant room where our holidaymakers spend most of their time , but you should also know that the open fireplace only allows to raise the temperature by 4 to 5° and that below 15° outside the comfort conditions may no longer be fulfilled which does not prevent for sure to tell us "with the umbrella heating and a good sweater, lunch and dinner is very pleasant". Other things to note Optional additional services:Firewood: A wooden crate is provided in the rental price and represents 1/8 stere of wood, which is sufficient for the living room fireplace the time your stay. For the heating of the large room, it all depends on the time when it is occupied. To spend a day there, it is necessary to count 1 checkout/day, the supplement is €5.5 per checkout.
