Beach side getaway

2 story house with a modern kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and 2 large living areas + a cat. The main living room looks onto a sunny back yard where we have a lovely paved area leading to a large lawn area. We have a trampoline, swing, sandpit and plenty of outdoor toys to keep the kids entertained. The house is located at a closed street with 9 houses. The local child friendly beach is app. 700m away. Shops and the train station with regular trains to Copenhagen (app 30 min ride) is a 3 min walk The space The master bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor. The kids rooms are on the first level. The second kids room used to be with an open plan divided by shelves however there is now a built wall so we have 2 separate rooms upstairs. Both kids rooms have single beds, however one (in the girls room) can be extended to a double bed. In the upstairs common room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is an open plan with a dining table with comfortable room for 6 people. The table is extendable to fit another 4 people. The bathroom is located on the ground level. There is also a separate laundry room with separate washer and dryer. There is also an office/playroom on the ground floor. Guest access The whole house and backyard is at your sole disposal. Other things to note Free WIFI access in all rooms of the house. There will be bikes and kids scooters on the property at your disposal. We have a male cat named Mizzi. He is a senior and very calm. He is used to kids and just walks away if things are getting too rough or loud. He never scratches or bites. He sleeps a lot but also wants attention with lots of cuddles. He spends some time outside and has his own door but he also has an inside cat litter.
