**WELCOME TO MY VILLA** My villa is situated in Ocean Villa- just 15 minutes from Airport and City center. 20 mins to Hoi An Ancient Town and is only a few steps to My Khe beach. It offers a private outdoor swimming pool and 7 beautiful bedrooms . All view in spacious villa looking directly to the SEA. It features with modern facilities, highly speech wifi and luxury design sure will satisfy you at the first seeing. It offer Seaview and big space for big group. The space As you see on the photos, my villa is real 100% like what you see so don't worry about the real villa that you will stay for your holiday :)). The property is extremely clean and new. All rooms are keep clean everyday. In the villa you will have wonderful time in the fresh water of the pool. It is surrounded by gardens and beachfront , so your family or your kids have space to play and the air atmosphere and It is easy to reach out the beach. 1 minutes to the beach from the villa. Villa's features: -Living room: TV, Sofa, Wifi, Fan, Air-condition. -Kitchen: Full kitchenware, stove, refrigerator, ect -Dining place: A nice dinning table looking to the pool. -7 big bedrooms: nice bed, sofa, Tv, fan , ari-condition, ( 1 bedroom with floor mattress) -Bathroom: Full essential things: shampoo, towel, toothbrush, soap,..ect FREE PICK UP FROM AIRPORT FOR 3 NIGHTS. Guest access All guests have right to use all resort's facilities: Bar, Kid club, Restaurant. You can enjoy both the private swimming pool in the villa and the big one in resort with the children area Other things to note SOMETHING TO NOTE: -Check-in at 3 PM, Check-out at 12 noon. -After booking the Villa, you provide host more information (flight details, name of guests...) for better welcoming. -Extra Charge may occur if you would like to check in or check out late and after 6 adults and children < 4 years (25$/1 extra guest) -You have to pay for your meal in Restaurant so I advice you cook yourself. -Security 24/7
