Cosy quiet comfortable bedroom for individual or couple with a bathroom that maybe shared with another guest on ocassions, in my home. The room has its own entrance, opening to deck and spa area. Please request spa use at time of booking. Secure parking on site. Lots of outdoor living, BBQ, close to Bayfair Mall & restaurants. 2 minute stroll and you're on the beach. Extra charges may apply for other amenities - payment at the time of stay. See House manual for overview. The space Modern, luxurious, stylish accommodation. Secure off street parking. Spa pool on request with oudoor area available to use. Guest access Guest bathroom. Spa pool on request. Own fridge and limited kitchen facilities. Use of outdoor area and BBQ. During your stay I live at the house part time, If I am there when you arrive, Ii will show you around and ensure you are comfortable, after that I will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If I am at the house I am happy to have a chat or recommend places to see as you need. Only named and booked guests are permitted on the property. Other things to note This is one of two rooms available in my house, with Air BnB - Each has its own listing page. I also live here part time. When Covid restrictions are not present, there is a possibility other guests may be in the other room at the time of your stay. Therefore the bathroom would be shared at thise times. Guests have a small kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, elecric frypan, crockery, utensils etc provided. The main kitchen is NOT available for guests. Thank you for your consideration
