Located in the historic heart of Fréjus, this comfortable 30m2 studio welcomes you for a great stay. Here you are ideally placed to visit the historical monuments of the city and its surroundings (heritage, cultural life, shops, wine bars, restaurants, Provencal market, beaches...), immediate access to all amenities. To make you feel at home, your check-in and checkout take place on your own… In fact just for you! The space This studio offers at your disposal a living room with a double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190) to welcome you with family or friends, 4 people maximum, free wifi access. The kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senséo coffee maker, electric kettle, wine glasses all necessary utensils. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink on furniture, WC, electric water heater of 200 liters. The hair dryer and iron are at your service. All linens as well as basic consumables are provided upon arrival: toilet paper, liquid soap, etc . Guest access This studio is at your disposal! Your check-in and check-out are autonomous and I will be at your disposal by phone at any time. Other things to note This accommodation is completely non-smoking, we ask our guests to smoke only outside. Pets are welcome, subject to an additional charge of €15 for full cleaning, provided they are clean and do not damage the furniture. Please advise us if you would like to bring an animal.
