The flat is located besides the sea, just in front of the private seaside. This apartment is in a new and independent residence with a fine terrace. At the entrance, you'll find the living room with the Lago design kitchen with induction hobs, and the direct access to the terrace. Here there's a confortable couch, that becomes a double-bed, and a round table with chairs. There are 2 double rooms: the main one with a comfortable king size bed, a wardrobe, and the second one, perfect for kids, both with a private bathroom. We supply all the basic necessities (soap, detergent, toilet paper, kitchen napkins, coffee, sugar, bisquits, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper), linens services and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with an independent heating and air conditioned, Wi-FI, oven and fridge. This flat is suitable for 4 to 6 persons, who want to spend a vacation close to the sea: just in front of the terrace, going trough the nice garden of the house, you'll find the stairs taking you in the private area on the sea, with a natural pool for kids, accesses to the sea and a beautiful beach suitable only for the guests of the residence.
