This recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment in Alexandra Headland is perfect for up to 4 guests. Just a short oceanfront stroll to cafés, restaurants, shops, and the surf club, it’s the ultimate spot for both relaxation and activity. Whether you're walking, swimming, or soaking up the beachside vibe with a coffee—this is the place to indulge and unwind. The space PROPERTY DETAILS The best views from Mooloolaba to Coolum are from the top of the rise in Alexandra Headland. With the sweep of the bay and the glistening ocean below, you may not want to leave the apartment. All of this, with the added attraction of the surf break directly in front of the property. Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x King Singles There is ground-floor covered garage parking for one vehicle with entry from Edward Street, plus additional car parking on the roadside in front of the apartment building. The apartment is on the second floor. There is a lift if you choose not to take the stairs. KEYS/ACCESS There is a lockbox with your keys at the apartment. You will be sent the code to the lockbox prior to your arrival. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. The apartment has a laundry with a washing machine for your use. We do NOT supply laundry detergent. The dining table seats 4 guests but can accommodate 2 more if needed. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, cooktop, plates, cutlery, kettle, toaster, etc. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to a minimum, so we provide the following as a ""start-up"" for your stay: Tea Coffee Milk 3-in-1 body wash and shampoo 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) You will need to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, paper towels, etc. All linen is provided through our Premium Linen Service, and we also provide beach towels for your use. You have the choice of a swim in the apartment pool (shared use with other apartments in the building) or a short walk to the patrolled beach. Please note: There may be some structural repairs underway at the property during your stay. This apartment is NOT air-conditioned. IMPORTANT NOTES This is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask that you book elsewhere. On booking, we will ask for details of your group and information about your trip to the coast. We value our wonderful apartment and the well-being of our neighbours. If we receive reports of a party, event, function, or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the premises immediately. CLEANING CHARGE The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. If guests leave garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette smell, we will charge for any additional cleaning and replacement costs.
