(Must be ordered no later than 3 days before arrival) The space The home is directly on the road where, especially during the daytime, there may be some traffic noise. Guest access In the kitchen there is a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The electric water heater is located in the tall cabinet, after a power failure it is necessary to restart the water heater by pressing "On." The bathroom has underfloor heating which is regulated by a thermostat located at the bottom of the wall to the right of the sink. Bedroom to the west is equipped with king size double bed with elevation with remote controls (placed on night tables) Bedroom facing east with double bed Bedroom east with single bed (connected with double room) Living room with dining table and chairs as well as sofa corner. Fireplace, TV and satellite receiver, remote controls for these are placed on the sideboard. On the wall above the fireplace hangs the heat pump indoor unit which is operated by remote control also located on the sideboard. Stairwell/depot here is electrical board and electrical meter located as well as freezer and washing machine. Vacuum cleaner, cleaning bucket and the like are also available here. Other things to note IMPORTANT Waste must be sorted into 4 different parts: 1 food waste 2 residual waste 3 clean paper (newspapers and advertisements, etc.) NO PAPERBOARD or CARDBOARD! must be in residual waste 4 packaging metal and hard plastic. NO GLASS! The sorted waste is placed in the containers according to the labeling.
