Walking distance or Uber to restaurants, beaches to Ironman route Boardwalk mall 1,8km Airport 2km Shops 2km Gym 2 km Hospital 7km Equipped with bedding, towels and basic amenities. Solar with electricity Wifi, TV and secure off street parking. Borehole water. Airfryer Guests love to park at their room window. Guests feel safe The space Simple, two rooms with 1 x Queen size bed and 2 x single beds that can be made into a bunk bed if needed in second room that are joined together by a small kitchenette and a bathroom (Toilet, basin and shower) There is no lounge or dining room. Rooms have wifi and DSTV Unit has access to a borehole that is safe to drink and water is always available. Loadshedding does NOT affect our unit, so you’ll always have electricity. Guests feel safe behind burglar bars, a gate and electric fencing. You can conveniently park your car close to your bedroom. Guest access Guests can access the property from La Roche Drive when they have the keys. It is behind your own access gate with electric fencing. Off street parking. Other things to note Gqberha/Port Elizabeth is in a drought 12% water in dams However, property has a borehole. Also note, if loadshedding there is a small solar power to keep you going on electricity without Eskom.
