SEASONAL LEASE for non-touristy stays, such as transfers for work, studios or other activities. Contract for use other than as a primary residence, for COMPANIES to temporarily house posted workers. The check-in and check-out dates determine the duration of the contract. Apartment with 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Heating and gas hot water (propane in cylinders). Armored door. Security lock The space Maximum capacity 3/5 people. One bedroom with a 90x190 bed for one person. 2 bedrooms, each with a 135x180 bed, for one or two people. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub. Clothesline, airplane type, in the kitchen window. Enclosed terrace, where the boiler for heating and hot water is located Other things to note We only accommodate displaced persons whose habitual residence is at another address, far from the city where the property is located. We DO not authorize sublet or register anyone in the home. We DO not host children or families with children. Pets are not allowed, except trained assistance animals if the user needs them due to a disability. We DO NOT offer any services other than the rental itself (none, except for the use of cold water and electricity). We do NOT include bed and bath linens (sheets/towels), amenities, periodic cleaning, or consumables (e.g., butane in a cylinder for hot water). We do NOT provide our own or complementary services in the hotel industry (none). Our seasonal rentals are NOT tourist rentals and our homes are NOT for tourist use.
