This traditional thatched Devon cottage certainly has the wow factor- cosy, comfortable and stylish… simply perfect at any time of year. The space Accommodation is over two floors and is perfect for a couple (and a dog) looking to stay in the pretty village of Branscombe with the beach, cafe and good pubs nearby. Branscombe is in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Beer beach and stroll around the village. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away. Beer 2 miles, Sidmouth 3 miles. Size: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom Beds: 1 x king size bed Accommodation Ground floor Hallway: storage and hanging space. Utility/cloakroom: WC, wash hand basin, washing machine/dryer. Open-plan dining and sitting room: window seat, shaker-style kitchen with small freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, larder, fridge, microwave wood burning stove, two-seater sofa and armchair. TV. First floor Shower room: large shower, WC, wash hand basin. Bedroom: king size bed, dressing table, hanging space and chest of drawers, painted beams and sloping ceilings. Entertainment: TV. Outside: space for cleaning off your wellies (and dog!). Private courtyard-style garden with table, chairs, parasol and sun lounger opposite. Parking: dedicated parking space opposite the cottage. General: WiFi. Bed linen and towels provided. Oil fired central heating, hairdryer. Pets: dogs very welcome, blankets and dog bowls provided. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
