A ideal location if you're looking to: - Ski, snowboard, mountain bike at Beaver Creek or Vail - Hike, raft or enjoy local mountain towns and activities - Get away and relax in beautiful mountain scenery and fresh mountain air The space Fully furnished and remodeled 1 bdrm 1 bath that has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The unit was fully remodeled in spring of 2021 and feels like a brand new unit. PLEASE NOTE: - This unit is part of the Chapel Square Building B HOA. Reviewing, agreeing to and signing the HOA rules is required prior to check in for every rental at Chapel Square. - Like most places in the mountains, this unit does not have A/C. Summer months can get warm, but cool off drastically at night. There are plenty of windows/ doors and fans to keep the unit at a manageable temperature during the day... while you wait for the cool mountain air to arrive in the evenings. Guest access Unit Access: - Building, Parking, Elevator and Unit access codes are required for entry and will be shared prior to checkin. Parking: - Dedicated underground parking space and multiple guest spaces available in the garage or outside. No more than two cars per reservation. - Two elevators are accessible from the parking garage to the 2nd floor, where our unit is located. Other things to note Ski/ Board/ Bike Storage - Ski's and bikes are not to be stored in the unit and should be stored in the ski locker and/ or garage on your own bike/ ski rack that is locked. Owner is not responsible for any theft to skis or bikes.
