"Waders" is set on a beach front location, with stunning ocean views and nestled on one of the most pristine beaches in Australia. The views are magnificent from the living area, kitchen, balcony and the main bedroom, which all look out at the ocean and blue skies. This property does have direct access through the dunes to the beach, there is also a maintained beach access track along the road side, within a few minutes walk. The space The beach is shallow and safe for swimming and playing. There is a wide ocean-facing balcony perfect for entertaining, having a BBQ or just relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the view and listening to the waves. Waders comfortably sleeps 6 guests and has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main and second bedrooms both have queen beds in each room, while the third bedroom has a set of single bunk beds. There is also a cot & high chair provided. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for meal preparations. This property is perfect for couples, friends and especially families. There is a large fenced lawn area, perfect for children to run around. There is plenty of parking. We are delighted to host you and your beloved pet at our pet-friendly property. You are welcome to bring your furry friend, upon request and an extra fee arranged prior to your arrival. Please note that our premises may not be entirely fenced. We kindly ask our guests to be vigilant in looking after their dogs and ensuring they remain within the boundaries of the property. Other things to note Coles Bay is a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart & 2.5 hour's drive from Launceston (if you drive down the Midland Hwy and across from Campbell town) Please be careful driving at night; as soon as the sun starts going down, the native wildlife starts to come out.
