It is clean and well-maintained, but you may notice some permanent marks and normal signs of use. Some furnitures may not have been exactly as shown in the pictures due to later updates /renovation 🧾 Cleaning, linen & flexibility To keep the stay flexible and affordable: * Bed linen, towels, and departure cleaning are not included by default. * Guests can choose to: * bring their own and handle cleaning * or request these services in advance (typically 300–500 SEK depending on group size) Please inform at least one day before arrival if you wish to add these services. Extra Duvets and pillows can be found under the big bed built-in drawer. Just Pull a fabric handle upwards, you will find it. 💳 Cleaning guarantee (important) For bookings from February 14, 2026 onwards: A refundable cleaning guarantee of 500 SEK will be requested before check-in via Airbnb. * The guarantee is fully or partially refunded depending on the condition of the apartment at check-out * If additional cleaning is required, part of the guarantee may be used to cover this 🧹 Check-out expectations Before leaving, please: * Leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition * Wash and store all dishes * Take out garbage to the bins by the carport * Return furniture and items to their original positions 📌 Important * If anything is not as expected at check-in, please inform as soon as possible * In most cases, a cleaner will check the apartment after check-out * In rare cases, inspection may take place later depending on availability 🌬 Ventilation & heating The apartment has good ventilation with automatic fans and air vents. * Opening both doors creates strong airflow — please close promptly in winter * Underfloor heating is installed throughout, with an additional radiator * Typical indoor temperature is around 22°C and can be adjusted slightly ⚠️ Please do not cover the radiator with thick or flammable materials 📋 House rules (summary) * 🧹 Clean before check-out or use the cleaning service * 🚭 No smoking indoors * 👟 Shoes off inside * 🍽 Wash and store dishes * 🗑 Take out garbage ⚠️ Emergencies In case of emergencies (fire, power outage, or similar), the host may need to access the apartment to resolve the issue, even if guests are not present. 💡 Final note This setup is designed to offer flexibility and good value, allowing guests to choose between a simple self-service stay or added comfort depending on their needs.
