Welcome to Nikiti, at the municipality of Sithonia. A destination that can offer everything. Clean coast, deep blue sea, excursions to near beaches and of course night life. The location of my summer house is ideal, walking distance from everything you might need. Three-minute walk to the beach, and 7-8 minutes to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fish taverns, super market. The space The 3-level maisonette is 85m^2, in a complex of 8 houses with a private entrance and a garden. On the ground floor, with a private entrance, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a washing machine room. The main entrance is on the second level, leading to the living room with a kitchen, and a balcony with a garden view. There is a big sofa, smart TV and all the necessary facilities to make your stay relaxing, like an oven with hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, kettle, dolce gusto coffee machine (capsules aren not included), sandwich maker and a washing machine. On the third floor there are 2 more bedrooms, one of them has a balcony, and 1 bathroom. All levels are connected with indoor stairs. At the wonderful garden, under the tree shade, you can enjoy your drink or have a barbecue. Have a wonderful stay and a great summer!! The maisonette of 85 sq.m. is located in a complex consisting of 8 houses, all with their own entrance and garden. The house is on 3 levels. On the first level, which has its own entrance, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & the washing machine area. On the second level is the main entrance of the house that leads you to the living room and the balcony overlooking the garden. You will find a large living room sofa, a flat screen smart TV & all the necessary home appliances that will make your stay truly relaxing such as an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Dolce gusto coffee machine (capsules not included), toaster, washing machine. On the third level there are 2 more bedrooms, one of which has a balcony & 1 bathroom. All levels of the house communicate internally with a staircase.
