The house offers a large living and sleeping room, a private bathroom and a large covered terrace with wonderful garden views. The beach and sea can be reached via a private access (only 30 meters away). Our guest house is equipped with: - 1x double bed - 1x single bed - fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooktop, fridge-freezer, toaster, Kettle - Dining table & chairs - Workspace - TV with Netflix - WiFi (Starlink) - Safe - Standing fan - Air conditioning (not included in the price!!! Can be booked on site for an additional fee if necessary) In the modern bathroom there is - a spacious shower with hot water - toilet & urinal - Wash basin with large mirror On the terrace there is - A dining table - Chairs - reclining chairs Cleaning (wiping, changing bed linens and towels, replenishing toilet paper and soap) takes place every 3 days. On request, we offer the following meals: - Breakfast - Lunch and dinner (in our adjacent, small family restaurant right on the beach) The guest house is also ideal for self-catering. It is located between the towns of Cajidiocan and San Fernando, which are easily accessible by tricycle or a rental motorcycle. Here you can shop or eat in local restaurants/eateries. It is considered a green pearl in the center of the Sibuyan Sea of the same name, as the island is completely under nature protection. One third of the island area is occupied by the 157 km² Mount Guiting-guiting Natural Park and large areas of the coastal plains are designated as mangrove reserves. There are many waterfalls to see and you can swim in them.
