An ironing kit, a Nespresso machine and a washing machine are also included. Linens and towels will be provided. For more information please read the detailed description below. :) The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - The accommodation is perfectly located, in the historical center, and yet in a quiet street, less than 5 minutes from the metro, a supermarket and a paid parking. - Completely renovated and tastefully decorated. - Comfortable and high quality bedding. - Fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils, grocery store). - Fully equipped, linens, towels, vanity kits and some coffee capsules will be provided. Other features to consider: - The stairs in the building are quite narrow and steep. - The staircase in the apartment to go upstairs is quite steep and without a protective barrier, it is not suitable for children. - The bathroom is only accessible from the living room. - One set of keys will be at your disposal. Housing: You will appreciate my place for its charm, location and comfort. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is located on the second floor accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A spacious living room: sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining table for 4 people. - A fully equipped designer kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils. - A first pleasant bedroom : double bed, storage space, baby bed. - A second bright bedroom : double bed, storage space. - A neat bathroom: shower cabin, towel dryer, toilet.
