Charming comfortable cottage, with low-box colors and simple and neat decor. At the end of the Hamlet, he enjoys a wonderful view of the countryside. For cravings for nature, very quiet, and reunions with simple joys. On the ground floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, convector, sofa bed, TV , separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bright bedroom with comfortable new bedding offered in 180x200 version or in 2 single beds 90x200, shower room. The space Outside: independent unfenced garden with furniture, barbecue, umbrella, garden chairs and table for breakfast or reading under the walnut tree. The 3 ha park, half wooded and half lawn, with an orchard of 90 apple trees, invites contemplation and rest. Well-trained adult dogs are welcome. Cats are not allowed. The owners have 2 dogs in a fenced garden and 1 cat at large. Guests coming with their dogs are required to keep them on a leash on the property and pick up their droppings. Semi-detached cottage The location: Nestled between the full curves of the Bégard countryside and the Kerogan stream, this pretty hamlet has been alive and well since the 17th century. Its modest Trégorrois manor, the owners' home, watches over 4 cottages with woodwork in different colors. A pebbled driveway crosses the Hamlet to serve each of the houses which has its own garden. The Hamlet transforms over the seasons, each with its own charm: walnuts and chestnuts to pick up in the fall. In winter, the scent of fireplaces, the joy of Christmas festivities and their decorations. In the spring, the return of the swallows faithful to the place and the park which regains its colors. In the heart of historic Trégor, halfway between the tourist towns of Lannion and Guingamp (20 km) and an equal distance from the entire Trégor coast, from Perros-Guirec to Paimpol (30 km), from Plestin-les-Grèves to Saint-Quay-Portrieux (40 km), Bréhat Island (34 km), the Hamlet is strategically located for discovering the region's major tourist sites, the many sandy beaches, while sparing yourself the hustle and bustle of the seafront in season.
