This cabin/cottage is set in an older style holiday resort with tropical gardens, a pool next to the cabin, lagoon frontage with wildlife and the Maroochy River right on your doorstep. Walk or row to the local hotel for dining or entertainment and the Maroochy Shopping & Dining Precinct is just 5 minutes drive away. Row, walk or drive to the Sunday Fisherman's Road Markets. Very close to public transport. Breakfast Included. The space Your own private deck and entry faces the pool. A walk of only metres brings you to the Maroochy River where you can go fishing or crabbing. The rear deck faces the lagoon with a nearby garden setting for al fresco dining. (ashtrays provided outdoors for smokers.) Guest access Guests have private bedroom and deck for private use with own entry. All other areas are communal except the other bedroom/office which is the host's private area. During your stay This is a shared household with a private room, private deck overlooking the pool and own private entry leading to the guest room. Small gourmet kitchen & clean modern bathroom with laundry facilities. Private gdn setting by the lagoon has brazier (wood supplied) There is also a Pool, BBQ area with seating and Boat-ramp within in the complex. 60" TV in lounge with access to Netflix and smaller TV in guest room, plus Movie library available. Other things to note Wi-fi password given at check-in. If you are particularly sensitive to smoking then it is recommended to rethink your booking. No smoking is permitted in guest room.
