RIBAMAR SEA VIEW VILLA: The Ribamar Sea View Villa is located in the heart of Ericeira's World Surfing Reserve. The Villa is located in Ribamar Village (very close to Ericeira - 2 km) and it is very calm and safe place just to relax and breathe the pure air of the ocean as well to feelll it! You are also very close from the beach (10 minutes walking) and you reach Lisbon city in 40 minutes by car. The property is divided in 2 floors with a garden, pool and a capacity for 9 persons. The space The property comprises 800m2 and the villa 220m2, divided in 2 floors with a total capacity for 10 persons. The villa has 4 bedrooms. Occupying the whole first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 of them with varanda and view to the sea). The 3 bedrooms share a extra large bathroom. The ground floor has a large living room with chimney and a varanda where you can seat and relax, a dining room with a big american kitchen, a social bathroom and a 4th bedroom (Suite) with a private complete bathroom. On the backyard of the kitchen you find a nice place to eat outside, a pergola with bougainvillea and an hamaca to relax, a barbecue and complete bathroom. The swimming pool is located at the top of the plot with an other grass area to relax.
