The space Arrive at Christmas Cottage, tucked on a sheltered plateau overlooking beautiful Bicton Wood and the distant moors beyond, step into the wide slate floored entrance hallway and climb the stairs to the stylish living area on the first floor, flooded with natural light, this welcoming space is the hub of the home. Relax in the open plan living, dining and kitchen space with its chic, modern, fully equipped kitchen and soak up the views from the two juliet balconies of the surrounding woodland and panoramic views stretching across fields towards Dartmoor. There is simply nothing better than to unwind in your own private fabulous Hawaii hot tub, spa. It really is the ultimate with whirlpool jets and LED multi colour lighting. Sit and unwind on the sunny patio or dine al-fresco in the fully enclosed private courtyard garden. Discover circular walkways through the woods. Keep a look out for the Roe deer, foxes and badgers that roam freely or check out our small flock of tame rare breed sheep. If you can bare to leave the tranquility of the farm, map out your days and explore this very special corner of Cornwall. From winter weekends to lazy summer stays check in and switch off at Christmas Cottage. We are unable to accept children under 5 years of age or pets. Guest access There are 25 acres of paddocks and woodland for you to explore. Christmas Cottage shares the farm spaces with our farmhouse, our other cottage, 'Sivel Cottage' and our shepherd hut, 'We Two'. All are completely separate and private from each other. Each of our properties has its own private hot tub. Other things to note The bedrooms are made up as a king double and either a super king double or if you request we will make it up as a twin. Unfortunately this property is NOT suitable for children under 5 years of age and we are unable to accept any PETS. Towels for your use in the Hot Tub are provided. The hot tubs are emptied by 08.30 on the morning of your departure and you are requested to have left the property by 10.00
