We are set in the small village of Poynings. At the foot of Devils Dyke this setting has some of the finest landscapes of England,The South Downs.With Gatwick Airport only 20 mins away & Brighton City centre 5 miles. With 3 local pubs serving excellent food & drinks and award winning farm shop with great local produce. Visit the local farms in lambing season. Explore the south down way & experience the amazing panoramic views. The space This open plan space, which gives you fantastic panoramic view of the South Downs through out. Living area with a flat screen T.V. The spacious area has a superking bed, double sofa bed and sofa A dressing table/desk-work space. The Bathroom has a large walkin shower. Basin & Toilet, with mirrors for shaving & make-up. There is a small kitchenette with the use of a grill/microwave. ONLY. Complete with tableware, kettle and Toaster. It has a fridge and small ice-box allowing you to pre- shop for your stay. Complimentary Tea & freshly ground coffee, If we can help with any pre- arrangements for food & drinks or table booking at any of the local pubs, please don't hesitate to ask. We want your stay to be as comfortable and stress free as possible. Guest access You can access the front garden for use. With its beautiful setting. Parking is to the Left of the Garage/Annexe .
