Pines Mansion II; 10 guests or more

We are limiting our booking so that it appears that we are fully-booked after three (3) months. Just send us a request for dates beyond 3 months. Conflicts with check IN/OUT of previous/future guests would mean 12 noon checkout and 2 PM check-in times. Details in the Other things to note as well as in the photos. Pets are welcome but we will ask for a Php 1000.00 deposit per pet and stay just to be sure that we are dealing with responsible pet owners. The space The house is typical for those who wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are out of the country but usually goes home for vacation every once in awhile the reason why it was decided to have the house leased not just for additional income but to have people staying in it. Additional beautification and improvements are still being done now and then since this will eventually be the owners' abode when they finally decide to quit overseas and stay home for good. In addition to 10 guests, since no beddings will be provided, Php 150.00 will be added per person but the guest has to provide their own beddings. Moreover, there are only 2 beds for 2 persons each in the airconditioned rooms and 1 single bed in a room with wall fan only. The 6th to 10th person shall make use of thin mattresses on the floors of the airconditioned rooms. Guest access There is a space for parking of two cars, at most, although the subdivision's road fronting the house can be used as well for 1 car but inform the hosts as there are also subdivision rules - kitchen - living room - grilling area - a soon to be garden space Other things to note 1.) No alcohol DRINKING allowed for the purposes that we are located in a subdivision and excessive consumption might create disturbance with the neighbors. 2.) The place is ideal for long stays but those who will be for short stays are welcome and daily house utensils like dining, kitchen, entertainment and the likes will be available for their use. We are also flexible and open for any additional requests from the guests. 3.) Rent doesn't include house bills that every (1) week of stay entails Php 2,500 deposit for electricity and water bills and Php 8500 prior to 1 month's stay for 5 to 7 guests and Php 700 per additional 2 guests thereafter although once the bills will be received, any extra amount will be refunded. For less than a week of stay, Php 200 will be added to the daily rent from one (1) to six (6) days for max of 2 - 3 pax in the Master’s bedroom, Php 150 for the medium and Php 50 for the small rooms. 4.) A gas range is provided charged at Php 20 per day for the gas consumption for one (1) person or Php 30 every 2 guests. Pines Mansion II might be able to prepare your breakfast ingredients and you will cook your own meals in the provided kitchen utensils. But this has to be informed in advance although mini grocery stores can be accessed outside the subdivision. Breakfast ingredients list is available for guests to cook in the provided cooking utensils and gas range beside the house. Cost: Php 150.00 per menu. The menu is also applicable for a maximum of 2 days' purchase only (you might want to get a bulk order of the menu example good for 5 days in advance) irregardless of the number of stay days as we will presume that you are already familiar of the places to go in 2 days' time. Just inform us if you need assistance. The GUEST HAS TO COOK BY THEMSELVES. Take note, YOU HAVE TO COOK YOUR BREAKFAST. You may add breakfast/meal in your reservation (if you haven’t yet): * tuna add on products - embutido, sisig or chorizo plus an egg * tuna cuts or any of our other available fish products such as salmon, pompano (the price shall depend on its weight), bangus/milkfish trimmings or half boneless daing cut * available canned goods, if pork/beef meat is preferred. * available oatmeal with/without milk, noodles, pancit canton * If preference is not in our list such as chicken/other fish or hotdogs, bread, champorado etc., inform us ahead of time while the groceries are still open. Free 3in1 coffee (inform ahead if black coffee is preferred), milo/ovaltine chocolate drink or powdered juice, (tea bags if available can be chosen as well) are available but inform us ahead of your choice. You as the guest will cook the meal/ingredients. Cooking and dining utensils are available. We will inform you immediately once the ingredient is not available. However, if you prefer not to cook and would need assistance in food delivery, we shall be ready to assist you. Kindly choose your preference such as fish, pork, chicken, beef and vegetables and we will update you immediately for any concerns. Hence, this must be informed to us at least 24 hours before breakfast time to avoid experiencing problems.
