The Raja Naga Laut is a magnificent 31-meter (102 ft) traditional two-mast gaff rigged wooden schooner, faithfully constructed from ironwood, teak and mahogany by third-generation Bugis craftsmen using traditional centuries-old boat building techniques. With an interior crafted in rich mahogany panelling in the style of a gentleman’s sailing yacht circa 1910, complete with genuine antique Art Nouveau (Peranakan) brass-work imported from Europe.
