The space Our unit is spacious with an inside floor area of 31 square metres. Nestled in the Brook Valley, we are located a very short distance from Nelson City, and including a short drive to Tahunanui Beach. If you love outdoors sporting activities, enjoy being close-by to Nelsons Mountain Bike Hub: mountain biking and trail running tracks, including Codgers. The start of the Richmond Ranges is minutes away. If you like nature, visit the Brook Waimãrama Sanctuary the largest fenced Sanctuary for endangered plants and creatures in the South Island (only a 10 minute walk). You can now see our native kiwi 'pukupuku' at the Sanctuary. The new Nelson eBus runs straight past our unit, and getting on and off the bus is only a few minutes walk. We have a safe bike storage area for your convenience. The residential area is fairly new, with recently upgraded and newly developed walk ways. The area is very safe, and has a friendly neighbourhood. Take advantage of the facilities or just relax, and enjoy the simplicity of nature on a city doorstep. Washing machine, and washing detergent are supplied, a dryer is available on request for a small fee. A clothes line is available, in a fully enclosed & under coverered area.
