Cleaning services provided everyday! The property also features an expansive front and back yards with picnic tables on the lawn as well as outside benches. There is onsite, coin operated laundry as well for your convenience. Other things to note Valid state issued ID required, complete with residential address, as well as valid, Credit Card for incidentals. Smoking inside will incur $250 cleaning fee. Animals are not allowed and undisclosed animal will incur $100 cleaning fee per animal. A security hold may be placed on your card that may take several days to clear after your check-out date. The Hotel requires a 100.00 USD security deposit at the time of Check-In for incidental or damages by credit card. Your deposit should be fully reimbursed by credit card within 7 days of Check-Out after inspection of the property.
