House is located in a calm area of a moderate village, which is only 10 min drive away from the beach and 20 min drive away from the Ayia Napa. The property sits in a fabulous setting with an array of choices from Ayia Napa nightlife to a visit to Larnaca salt lake protected nature area of the island. House is just 200 metres from the leafy village square of Pergamos with its cafe, restaurant, playground, market and traditional buildings. The house is set around a secluded central courtyard/patio with awesome views from the balconies. The central yard is beautiful and delights all our guests, dotted with Mediterranean trees and flowers; citrus and pomegranate trees, bougainvillea and scented jasmines and more. Pergamos is a lively village with potatoes fields and surrounded by fruit groves. The village offers an authentic insight into village life, with local walks, cycling and the opportunity to chat with friendly local people; it's also a great base for exploring the island, as many of our guests have discovered; from Nicosia's old city and places of interest to the pine-clad mountains, the coast and the local area. You get bed linen and towels included in your rental. Cleaning is only for the beginning and end of your stay, but you can request additional cleaning for a set fee. There is 10kw of electricity included per day, any additional use is charged at local rate. No smoking allowed within the house. Whole house and a large private garden will be offered to the guests. The house is located in the Turkish controlled area of the island which accommodates an official crossing point between north & south part of the island. The house is located in Pergamos village in Larnaca region, offering easy access to all attractions. There is a good selection of supermarkets, bakery, hair salon, tavernas, bars, gym, confectioneries, pharmacies and best known restaurants next to the site. The nearest beach is 10 minutes by car and 25-30 minutes by bike. It is ideally suited for families due to having a secure courtyard and being in a quiet village with local amenities such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops and a bank. One of the village's parks is right next to the house with a kids playground. The house is located in a modest village, which links up with the rest of the country, both north and south parts of Cyprus, offering easy route to other towns and cities in the country. Larnaca airport is 35min, Ercan airport is 40min and Paphos airport is two hours from the village. By car, the world-famous Agia Napa lively beaches are 25 minutes, Europe's best beach Paralimni is 30 minutes. Limassol best known for its Guaba beach club, historical artifacts, tranquil scenery which is also famous for its wine festivals is only 50 minutes away. Paphos, the birth place of famous Aphroditis is 2 hours from the house. Alternatively, on the north part of the island, a travel to Famagusta takes only 30 minutes to explore the unique Salamis ruins and the Famagusta castle, the travel to only bi-communal capital Nicosia takes 45 minutes rich in historical remains. Kyrenia famous for its beaches and Omophou famous for its wonderful scenery where green and blue meets and the citrus smells take over. The guests can get to house either from Ercan or Larnaca / Paphos airports with extra fee.. Ercan Airport: If guests want to travel Cyprus from Ercan Airport, landlord can help you with a rent-a-car informations or organize a taxi waiting for you at the airport. In case using Ercan Airport to fly Cyprus, except for the EU citizens, crossing between north and south parts of the island will be from Nicosia or Famagusta crossing points. Larnaca & Paphos Airports: If guests want to travel Cyprus from Larnaca or Paphos Airports, landlord can help you with a rent-a-car informations or organize a taxi waiting for you at the airport. You need to cross the border from Pergamos to come to house. House is perfect for walking holidays, rural or countryside retreats, city breaks, nightlife, cycling holidays, beach relaxation, winter sun holidays.
