Are you looking for a cozy apartment in Braunlage? Then "Großbrauni" is just right for you! Here you can enjoy a fantastic view of Braunlage and still be within walking distance of the town. The location is super central and close to Hexenritt and Wurmberg – perfect for skiers, hikers, and mountain bikers. Up to 4 adults can comfortably stay here. And the best part: there's no final cleaning fee if you leave the apartment tidy. Check-in is uncomplicated and flexible. The space Welcome to "Großbrauni" – Your cozy home in the Harz Mountains 🌲! Immerse yourself in history: Your charming 1-room apartment (35sqm) is located in a former historic hotel complex, where even Loriot once stayed – how cool is that! You'll find it on the 1st floor, easily accessible by elevator or stairs. "Großbrauni" offers you a small hallway, a large, bright shower room (with a washing machine starting March 2026), and a super cozy living and sleeping area. The light-flooded bay window – your new favorite spot 💕! The highlight is the bright bay window! Here you'll find a small but fine kitchen, a dining table for 4 people directly by three large panoramic windows 🪟🪟🪟, and a small sofa 🛋️. From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of Braunlage and sunshine all day long – including wonderful sunrises and sunsets 🌞. Sleep & Relax: In the back part of the apartment, you'll find a large double bed and a cozy sofa corner that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.40 m wide). This means up to 4 people can comfortably stay! A Smart TV with cable television 📺 provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi 🛜 is, of course, also available. Your small kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (incl. mini freezer compartment), a 4-burner stove (no oven, but a mini-oven is included!), a sink, toaster, coffee machine, egg cooker, kettle, as well as dishes, cooking, and kitchen utensils. You won't miss a thing here! Practical for your stay: In the basement, there's a communal ski cellar ⛷️ and storage for your bicycles 🚲. Important note on tourist tax: Braunlage charges a tourist tax of €2.80 per adult and €1.55 per child (from 6 years) per day. This amount is charged additionally and is unfortunately not included, as it is levied by the town and applies to all accommodations in the Harz region. After your booking, I will send you the guest cards 💌. The best part: With this guest card (Hatix), you can use the bus lines 🚌 for free! Final cleaning & laundry – this is how you save! You take care of the final cleaning yourself, and please bring your own laundry (bed linen, towels, kitchen towels). Pillows, mattress protectors, and blankets are, of course, provided for you. This way, you save on the final cleaning fee, which is super practical, especially for short stays! You can also find details in the house rules. Dogs 🐶 are not only allowed but warmly welcome (and free of charge)! A dog bed and food bowls are already provided.
