Modern, compact (29 square m) studio with everything you need for a vacation in Åre. The studio is modern, with a magnificent view of Åre village, Åre lake, the surrounding mountains includes the front face of Åreskutan. Amazing sunsets, and the creek Susabäcken just outside of the windows. will put you to sleep at night. Tottvagen 111 is the location of the apt, it's a 5-8 minute uphill walk from the train station , very short ride with taxi/car. The space It sleeps four people, in one king size Dux bed (180 cm wide) and one Sofabed (140 cm wide). The wifi is good enough to use in case you want to work. There is even a comfortable leather office chair in the studio for these purposes. If you like coffee, there is a Nespresso brewer, so make sure to bring some pods, or buy them at the local ICA or COOP supermarkets. Modern bathroom with shower, and a new studio kitchen with dishwasher, oven and an inductoion stove, where you can prepare your meals if you don’t want to hit one of the many restaurants, bars and night spots in Åre town, which is a short walk away. Guest access Please note there is an ongoing construction outside the building and also ongoing renovations in the entrance of the building, they are working from 07:00 until 18:00 every day. For winter, of course you will enjoy Scandinavias only real ski village with top notch skiing and snowboarding, freeriding as well as cruising down the many long pistes. In summertime, you might know that the bike park is one of the hottest in Europe.
