Welcome to our happy place. Our home is divided into a main double-storey house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and a separate single-storey cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as its own lounge and kitchenette. Situated in a quiet, safe neighbourhood just 5 minutes drive from the beach. Wake up to spectacular mountain views and sea views from the main house. The property has a large garden and heated pool. The space The main house has a large master bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs. There is an open-plan lounge, work space and patio upstairs with stunning mountain and beach views. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and a children’s room with two single beds and a separate bathroom. The cottage also has two bedrooms, an open plan lounge and kitchenette, and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The cottage is all on one level, so appropriate for persons who may struggle with stairs. All bedrooms have will have clean linen upon arrival and beach and bath towels are provided. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, cottage, garden, heated pool and patio's. House is equipped with uncapped Wifi, DSTV premium subscription and Netflix. Other things to note Long Beach View is 5 minute drive from the closest shops and restaurants and 8 minutes drive from Long Beach Mall. A limited amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your arrival, as well as toilet paper in all bathrooms, however the home is self catering and thus the onus is on guests to supplement these item once they have run out. A cleaner is available on request at an additional daily rate. Please arrange this with the owner prior to your stay. Please also advise whether you would like the pool cover to be on or off when you arrive. Please note that this is a family home. Our photographs are on the walls and our books and games are left out for you to enjoy. Everything may not be perfect, some items may be more well loved than others, but we try our utmost to make sure it is all clean and presentable.
