Perfect place if you want to experience a stay in a traditional Gozitan Farmhouse B&B with a boutique style flair. You have your own private bedroom + ensuite on the 1st floor + private balcony overlooking the pool, AC with no coin system. The house has the traditional Gozitan limestone, high arched ceilings and the typical colourful Maltese floor tiles. A very short walk away from Xaghra's quaint village square + restaurants, bars & other amenities. Has a work desk, free fast wifi. The space You booked the Ggantija Room which is a large bedroom ensuite + 2 single beds. On request, the single beds can be made up as 1 large super king size bed. Both mattresses are super comfortable. The lockable bedroom is located upstairs on the first floor and has a large private sunny terrace in front. Has an AC that also functions as a heater during the winter months. The bedroom is based in a large traditional 3 bedroomed Gozitan House of Character B&B which I refurbished in a modern & comfortable homely way + a touch of boutique style. It's very spacious, private & tranquil so ideal for a total relaxing time. It has very much a home from home feeling. Guest access The balcony has a wash line with pegs for hanging wet towels or swimwear. When we have guests, we don't use the upstairs terrace and we only occasionally use the pool when you are out in the evening. For real sun seekers, you can sunbathe on the loungers on the top roof terrace or relax in the sun on a sofa chair. Its accessible by a spiral staircase you enter from the large upstairs terrace near the bedrooms The House has 3 bedrooms of which the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is occupied by us. You can use the Coffee Dock for making tea and coffee or grab a glass for wine any time You can use the fridge/freezer for your groceries. We will have a dedicated shelf for you. During your stay We are staying at the house in our room on the ground floor. We are a fun loving couple that works during the day and love going out for dinner in the evening. My house has plenty of insta friendly area perfect to share your fun holiday time on your social media. All bedrooms have freshly made beds with 2 pillows each, hangers in the wardrobe, a hairdryer as well as a set of towels per person and pool towel. Beds have super comfortable matresses Basic toiletries are available like toilet paper, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The famous ancient Ggantija Temples are short walking distance away as well as the main Xaghra square. For grocery shopping Gozo has a large Lidl near Victoria or there is Lighthouse or Dirjanu supermarkets. In Summer time, it is advisable to book a restaurant for lunch or dinner in advance to avoid disappointment. It is a small island, so the good restaurants fill up quickly.
