Silimare House 1

The two well-equipped "Silimare Houses" with the astonishing sea view are located on a slope, also known as Prastova, about 1500 meters from Stoupa. All houses consist of a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with integrated kitchen which also provides two more sleeping possibilities. Each house has its own terrace with amazing mountain and sea view. All houses are air-conditioned and tv provided. The nearest sandy beach is Kalogria, which is about 1 km away. The space Apart from the outstanding combination of mountain and sea, the area of Prastova has also a rich cultural history. In this area, the famous Greek writer Nikos Kazantzakis owned a lignite mine, the entrance of which can still be seen in a hillside nearby. The writer along with George Zorbas, who is also known as "Alexis" in his novel "Zorba the Greek", worked together in the lignite mine. Other things to note I have made a travel guide with all the places worth visiting in the area and my personal recommendations (tourist attractions, beaches, restaurants, cafes). For those interested in visiting us during winter months, the house has an air-condition that can provide heat to the whole house, since it is only 40 squaremeters.
