Architect's country house in Maremma, Tuscany

Welcome to my home in Tuscany. My two-storey country house is located at the core of Maremma, 1 Km from the village of Campagnatico, a typical Medieval setting lying at 300 m a.s.l. Circa 30 minutes from the Maremma natural park's wild beaches on the Thyrrenian Sea, Art cities and landscapes, i.e. Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, and hot springs and spas, i.e. Saturnia and Bagno Vignoni. I personally designed the renovated indoor and outdoor spaces, their architectural details and the olive garden. The space The house is distributed on two floors of ca. 100 sq. m each. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area with fireplace, two comfortable living rooms with amenities (TV, hi-fi, wi-fi), and three bedrooms. During the spring-summer the courtyard opened to the olive garden extends the living area . There is 20 m lap swimming pool (currently under construction). The electricity is provided through PV panels. During your stay I usually live at the house, but I can provide my place free from me and my family.
