The adjoining open-plan living area offers plenty of space in a cozy atmosphere. TV and fast Wi-Fi are included! The space The holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a new building. Currently, the apartment only has one bedroom for two people. The bedroom has a large bed (180x200), a wardrobe with hangers, and a suitcase rack. Adjacent is the spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable couch and internet-enabled TV. A dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave are also located there. The newly built bathroom has a large double vanity with a mirrored cabinet and a large walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. Bath towels are provided. The apartment is accessible via a self-contained staircase. A wallbox for electric cars with a Type 2 socket can be used for 50 cents/kW. Guest access Cars can be parked on the street free of charge. Please keep the courtyard entrance sufficiently clear. Other things to note Nearby is the nationally renowned Europa-Park, which invites you to multi-day excursions. The Taubergießen nature reserve is also nearby. This area is ideal for long hikes, walks, and boat trips. Meadows and forests bloom in the most beautiful colors in spring, and the bird populations are especially worth seeing and hearing.
