Newly built with contemporary style,charming,cosy and classy.At the moment there is an ongoing construction of additional accomodation.good for bonding with friends and family.A room with ac,free wifi and Netflix.Should there’l be any issue we will try to sort it out as quickly as we can. The space The room has an aircon with 2 queen size beds with 2 pull outs that could fit in 6pax.There is also a couch inside for guest to seat on,TV,free Wifi + Netflix.There is a kitchen with aircon as well ,with fridge,microwave.The bathroom has a power heated shower , we provide towel,body soap ,toothbrush and toilet paper Guest access Guests are welcome to make the most of their stay by using the adult pool and kiddie pool plus Jacuzzi. The pool is open from 8am-8pm as we shock the pool with Chlorine at night and clean the pool the next day in the morning .To avoid getting the Jacuzzi overheat,we can open it for half an hour and turn it off to let it cool down .Jacuzzi can be opened again every 2hours after using for half an hour. It's also a few steps to the beach like 2min walk if you like beach water .Boat for rent are just nearby if you want to have some fun.You may also enjoy the food at Bunsulan Resto in the resort if you don't have time to cook. During your stay My family and Sheena will be there for you to accomodate you and assist you on my behalf.You may still reach me via email. Other things to note There are other people using videoke singing in the nearby beach resort having fun especially when it's summer but they are allowed only until 10pm. It’s not a private pool .However you can request to have it exclusively for you with additional fee and depending on the owner’s approval. The property allows any kind of celebration either in big or small group of people however videoke,live band is only up to 10pm to show respect to other people who wants to rest,sleep . Should there’l be any issues or problem let Sheena know ,John or the property owner and they will try to resolve it as quickly as they can. Pets are allowed as long as it has its own bedmat and will never use the pool. Pets not allowed to poop and pee anywhere around the property.But sometimes your pets is simply taking his sweet time please make sure you clean it as quickly as possible.
