Poitevin house: ideal location

Typical Poitevin house (1932) completely renovated, combining old-fashioned charm with new comforts. I will be happy to host you in my home in the spirit of Airbnb allowing you to have a home with everything you need for your stay at a reasonable price and allowing me in turn to go on vacation. The space The house has: - on the ground floor an open space with equipped kitchen & dining room & living room with a sofa bed and a toilet; - upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one with two bunk beds and the other with a double bed and a single bed, plus a bathroom. Outside you can enjoy a large wooded garden with garden furniture, mini barbecue and children's games. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided for short stays (less than 4 nights). If you are unable to bring it with you, I can provide it for an additional 15 euros per bed. You must do the cleaning when leaving to return the house to the condition in which you found it, as I do not charge a cleaning fee. All the products and equipment needed for cleaning are at your disposal.
