Our home is a renovated century-old house, respected in its essence to the maximum, but adapted to make you feel comfortable, at home. In its rehabilitation we have saved that character of the town houses of the northern orchard of Valencia: its high ceilings with wooden beams, its Nolla mosaic floor so characteristic and appreciated, its solid wood entrance gate, its corral (today transformed into an inviting terrace with barbecue), its original doors and windows made of mobila wood and glass; a completely new bathroom and kitchen respecting the materials, shapes and colors of before, fresh and current rooms, with a touch of personality...You are in the ideal place to stay on your getaway to Valencia. We will make you feel at home, you will not miss anything. Sheets, towels and complete kitchenware. And to sleep we have prepared 3 different rooms to suit your profile (family, friends, partner...): *The "GREEN ROOM" room with a 150x190 double bed, open closets and shelves, unique pieces and an elegant atmosphere. Split air conditioning (hot/cold). Interior window to the house. *The "BLUE ROOM" room, fresh and Mediterranean atmosphere; with 2 beds of 90x190, old window that overlooks the street, with a discreet and pleasant entry of sun in the mornings. Exterior Window. *The "BLACK ROOM" room, with 1 single bed, 90x180. Combination of wood and black....simple, small and warm atmosphere. It is the old bedroom of the house. Small but cozy room (ideal for children both due to the size of the bed and the room itself, although also usable for a not very large adult). Interior Window. All rooms have a full-length mirror, additional clothes racks, armchair or chair, winter duvet, light blanket at the foot of the bed, and additional power outlets (the entire house operates at 220V). The capacity of the House is for 5 people (including adults and children), staying in 2 double rooms and 1 single. Always check before booking house plans when you have babies. The sober living room welcomes you to take a break or watch television for a while. The seriousness of a hundred-year-old wall tiles surround you, a peculiar mosaic of small ceramic pieces cover the floor, and thick wooden beams on those high ceilings bathe you with the warmth and personality that we no longer find in our modern houses.... The small but cozy dining room leaves everything at hand; Its original wall veneers, an antique wall display cabinet (the original!), pantry, open kitchen and the exit door to the corral (the terrace) will leave you undecided about where to have breakfast: the best option, without a doubt, the terrace! A little corner awaits you there to have tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and why not! have a family barbecue! You won't want to leave the terrace... The humble origin of this home is reflected in the austerity and sobriety of the architectural elements, but it is equipped with ALL THE COMFORT you need for your stay: Air conditioning in the house (hot/cold). WIFI. Wall frieze (warm natural wood) in the rooms. 1 set of sheets and towels for each and every guest. SmartTv terrestrial television. Bluetooth receiver for ambient sound (connect your music from your mobile). Control of entry access to the house from your own smartphone (avoiding loss and unnecessary handling of keys). Washing machine. Kitchen equipped with vitro, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric water heater, electric drip coffee maker, complete kitchenware. It does not have a dishwasher. Hot water (100 liter electric water heater). Outdoor shower on the terrace (use it when you return from the beach!, or simply to cool off). Bathroom with shower (80cm quarter circle); The 100-year-old sink is the original one in the house; It does not have a bidet; gel and shampoo at your disposal. Clothesline, board and iron. Extendable dining table. WORK TABLE AND CHAIR. For stays of digital nomads, or guests who need it to work, they must request this furniture from us (table and comfortable work chair), which we will install before their arrival (in the green-room), since for better comfort and space in the house, we only assemble this furniture if required. Let us not forget that the original architecture and distribution of the house has been respected, the concept from then is not the current one: the sizes of the rooms are not as considerable as they are currently built, so for example the single room was the old children's bedroom . The small bathroom/toilet, (which in the 1920s was not given the current importance, and was usually installed outside in the corral), was appreciated if it was inside the house, like ours, since in the town , the town houses had it in the corral: this is inside the house, small but with just what is necessary (it does not have a bidet). The interior layout of the house (only one exterior room) guaranteed a more pleasant and cooler temperature in our hot summer months. And the PARKING: you have 100 meters from the House, a LowCost underground parking, or the public spaces available and permitted in the area. If what you want is to visit Valencia city, 1 minute walk away you have the "Alboraya-PerisArago" Metro Station, which takes you directly to the center of Valencia and the airport. Don't forget that you are in Alboraya, the CRADLE OF HORCHATA! Alboraya has tiger nuts with designation of origin. Famous throughout the region for its horchaterías, be sure to visit them, some in the town center and others in the same orchard, making this town a place of pilgrimage for lovers of this authentic drink. If you go to the BEACH (Patacona Beach, Port-Saplaya Beach or Malvarrosa Beach), with your car you will be there in 5 minutes, and you can also take the yellow municipal bus that you have to the beach, with a stop 20 meters away from the door of the House. BASIC HOUSE RULES: Out of respect for all guests, smoking is NOT allowed inside the house (you can smoke on the terrace). Pets are NOT allowed. The books are read at home. Towels are for exclusive use in the home (if you need beach towels, request this optional service). Please control the volume of the sound players during rest hours (22:00-09:00). The capacity of the house is 5 people accommodated; Visits (without overnight stays) must be authorized by the owners. To celebrate any type of event at the House, consult with us first about the feasibility of doing so. VALENCIAN POPULAR ARCHITECTURE. This house preserves its original architecture. This one in particular is of austere origin, from a humble family, which is evident in its construction, which has been tried to be maintained as much as possible. These are some of the measures we take when cleaning our space: *Disinfection of frequently touched surfaces: handles, doors, electrical switches, knobs, tables, chairs, keys, appliances,... *We use products and disinfectants approved by international health authorities, and we use personal protective equipment during house cleaning to avoid cross contamination. *All rooms in the house are cleaned following the specific task lists for each of them. *We provide cleaning products to our guests so that they can clean during their stay and feel comfortable (remember to leave the house in a similar state of order and cleanliness). *We comply with local and national, tourist, tax laws and follow safety and cleaning guidelines. This home does NOT have a dishwasher. Accommodation of people other than those indicated at the time of booking is not permitted; All guests must be identified with their passport or ID BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL, and note this within 24 hours of making the reservation. If you plan daytime visits, you must consult with the owner for approval. We deliver the house to you in perfect order and cleanliness, including the entrance cleaning. We hope that upon your departure you leave the house in similar conditions of state and cleanliness; If you do not want to do the departure cleaning yourself, let us know and we can contact you with an external cleaning service for this, at a cost of €15/hour, which you can pay directly to said staff by hiring them for the day before your departure. exit. If the house is not left in acceptable cleaning conditions, the amount allocated for the extra time involved will be claimed, or it will be deducted from the deposit.
