When leaving the apartment please make sure the windows are closed and the door is locked. I will appreciate you switching off the lights. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You are very welcome to smoke on the balcony or outside the building. Check-in. Your flat will be ready by 14:00. In case you are arriving early please inform me on the desired time. Early check-in is not guaranteed and fully depends on the people checking out before you. However I will do my best to let you in as early as I can. Check-out. Is to be done by 12:00. Please let me know if you wish to stay longer. The positive decision is not guaranteed and fully depends on the people checking in after you. Telephones. You will find a mobile phone in the room. It will help you to contact the host in case of emergency or in any other case. You are more than welcome to use it for the your local calls but please pop-up if you use it heavily. Smoking in the room will need a deep chemical cleaning after your check-out at a cost of 170 USD. Thanks for understanding! Invitation letters. The invitation letter to Russia is provided through numerous companies - you can easily find them in the internet. As a person I cannot provide a tourist invitation to you - it can be only done through a licensed LLC. Though I can help with the official invitation letter, I suggest that you apply to the specialists as I will have to invest double time and efforts to get it for you and will have to charge you even more than the companies do. Also if you stay over 7 nights in Russia you have to make the registration. It is NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rate and will require additional 50 USD per person. I will need the copy of your passport, your entry card (the piece of paper you filled in when entering Russia) and the copy of your visa. Linen & towels. You will find fresh towels along the number of guests booked. The fresh linen is already tucked in. If you need the additional items of linen please contact me 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note that we plan the linen both for you and the future guests. Using the linen locked in the linen box is not welcomed without a 24-hour notice. If done, I will have to charge you an extra cost for the additional cleaning and quick linen delivery. Events. We appreciate when people relax and try our best to keep the flats tidy and clean for your comfort. That is why we welcome no parties or big amount of friends (over 5 at a time). Some neighbours mind loud parties. I would ask you to be as quite as possible after 10 pm. The flat is not suitable for events.
